    The rooms are brand-new, the breakfast is above average and complimentary. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant.

    luxury and perfectly clean place, genuinely helpful staff from housekeepers. comfortable beds and a writing table, good air-conditioning, and a kettle. large bedroom, large bathroom and excellent pool. excellent and unbeatable location and absolutely superb views of the sea. outstanding food in the restaurants such as hip sushi, located 10 min away.

    would consider staying here again

    The beautiful twin room had air conditioning, a seating area, a refrigerator, and a shower. Breakfast offered fresh pastries and a variety of organic juices. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax after a busy day. Excellent views of green hills from the room added to the experience.

    The staff were extremely helpful and really helpful and food was outstanding. USB ports, a kettle, and TV with DVD player in the room and the comfy bed. Excellent pool, parking nearby.

    It was really acomfortable visit to Conrad HK. I think this hotel has a spirit. A birthday cake was waiting for me on my birthday..,they really managed to touch me..

    The room felt worn and not very comfortable, with all the towels being damp. Check-in was chaotic, and the reception staff seemed overwhelmed.

    Just an optimal selection for a brief sojourn in Hong Kong with good value considering price it charged. The bed was comfy, and the toilet had double sinks and a shower, which I appreciated. For the best harbor views, aim for rooms on the 55th floor or higher.

    Location and the staff were excellent - the included breakfast was very good too.

    The airconditioning in my room wasn't great - I asked them to fix it and someone came to my room and worked on it but it still didn't work properly - there was no follow up to check. The room service - I had to send a glass back because it was filthy and some of the food was hit and miss

    I thoroughly enjoyed the fine harbor views from my Beautiful King Room with large windows that filled the space with natural light. The accessible layout made navigating the hotel easy for me.

    More seating in common areas would be helpful.

    The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean - a rare find. It is a bit pricier hotel, but it was worth the splurge. Service was very good and responsive.

    location

    1/ booking at 12h00, it took about 2 hours to get the room available 2/ they first install us in a room smelling badly cigarettes when we booked a non smoking 3/ bed is not as comfortable as the previous hotel we just left on Kowloon side 4/ breakfast buffet offers ratehr average quality of products compared to the same previous one hotel. All in all, if it would not be that location in Central, we would have stayed at the other hotel, more, trendy, better service, better food, lower price
